1. Fill Out the Extension Application

Your journey begins with our extension application. This form is crucial as it helps us understand your hair goals and determine if our extension services are the right fit for you. The application includes essential information about the extension maintenance process, ensuring you are well-informed before moving forward. You can submit your application here!

Once you submit your application, our salon concierge will reach out to schedule a consultation with one of our specialists.

2. Schedule an In-Person Consultation

We place a high value on consultations. These sessions allow us to have a detailed discussion about your hair goals and address any questions you may have. More importantly, seeing your hair in person helps us accurately assess its condition, color, and texture, which photos may not reliably capture. We require a consultation before proceeding with the extension application to ensure a precise color match and optimal service quality. For those coming from out of town, we do offer virtual consultations via FaceTime or Zoom, though these may not provide as precise a quote as an in-person meeting.

3. Color Matching Appointment

Typically, we perform hair color matching during your consultation. However, in special cases, such as when you’ve had your hair colored elsewhere or if your current color might fade before the extension application, we might ask you to schedule a separate 15-minute complimentary color matching session. This ensures that we achieve a seamless blend with your natural hair.

4. Secure Your Extension Reservation

Once you decide to proceed with the extension service, we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your total cost on the day of your service. After securing the deposit, we schedule your New Install appointment. During this appointment, you can expect a comprehensive hair transformation, including the installation of your new extensions, a professional color service, a precision trim, and a flawless blowout and styling session.

5. Commit to Regular Maintenance

Every extension method requires maintenance to keep your extensions and natural hair in optimal condition. For Natural Beaded Rows (NBR) extensions, we recommend maintenance appointments every 6-8 weeks. This schedule ensures that your extensions remain safe and healthy, maintaining their quality and the integrity of your natural hair.
